Stock scan detects threshold breach
The agent runs twice daily — 8am and 2pm — scanning every SKU against its configured reorder threshold. When a breach is detected, the reorder pipeline triggers automatically. No buyer involvement at this stage.

Agent generates and queues the PO
For each breached SKU, the PO generator builds a complete purchase order — supplier, line items, quantities, unit costs — using the configured reorder quantities and supplier MOQ. The PO moves from Draft to Dispatching without the buyer touching it.

Supplier dispatch and confirmation tracking
